THE BUILDING PROCESS

The step by step procedure of how we work:

Our experienced team will work with you through each stage of your project in order to provide you with the highest level of satisfaction and deliver you with a finished extension or conversion to the highest of standards that is within budget and deadline.

  Stage 1: Initial Consultation

 Free site inspection, meet with you on site to discuss your requirements, needs, budgets   and construction options.

  Stage 2: Design and Plan

 You inform us what style home or renovation you have in mind and we can recommend the draughtsman or architect that we think most suits your needs. We then work as a team to give you the very best in design service, or you can bring your own plans.

  Stage 3: Quotation and Contracts

We can now prepare a budget cost or a quotation for you based on your design and site costs and all other inclusions. Contracts are prepared for you to sign. HIA contracts used, Create a construction schedule for the project and arrange a start time.

  Stage 4: Construction

 Let the building commence, regular project updates. Site meeting can be arranged to monitor progress of your project.

  Stage 5: Completion and Handover

A detailed inspection is carried with you upon the completed works. Any rectifying is carried out before final acceptance and   occupation.

  Stage 6: Our Ongoing Commitment

 Advanced Craft Construction will provide and committed to a 90 day maintenance period, upon final inspection, if necessary to carry out minor adjustments that are not deemed normal.

  Stage 7: Enjoy Your New Home

 We stand by the quality of our renovation and the high standard of our workmanship. Your home is covered by a 3 month maintenance period and backed by a 6 year structural & 2 year non-structural warranty.
